Glowworm Caves are located in Fiordland National Park.
The excursion departure point is 15 minutes drive from
Beechwood Lodge. Round trip visit: 2 hrs 30 mins.

Guided tour begins with a 30 minute boat ride aboard a
luxury catamaran, The Luminosa, to the Glowworm Caves
visitor's centre, called, The Cavern House.

Visitor centre includes an auditorium, a movie about the
life-cycle of the Glowworm is presented. Complimentary
refreshments srved from the snack bar.

Guides accompany groups of 6 people into the caves. The
walk-ways have hand rails and low-lighting is present
throughout the caves.

In the caves the guide assists you into a small, boat-like
vessel, a punt. The guide steers the punt silently through
